The driver was very friendly, prompt and got us to the airport in time. Only issue was communication from the organiser. We didn’t receive a confirmation email or pick up voucher which the driver required and needed. The confirmation text messages didn’t suffice. This was the only hiccup we had.

Excellent Experience

This was the same company that we had used for transfer from Singapore airport to our hotel (MBS), but it was a different driver. The driver contacted me the day prior and we coordinated pick-up time and location - at the Tower 1 main entrance. He arrived on time, was very friendly, spoke great English. There was a bit of challenge getting all of our luggage into the van, but we eventually made it and were on our way. Driving was expeditious but not unsafe. I would recommend this company again, though this driver was a much better experience than the driver who picked us up at the airport..

We were in the hotel lobby at 5 AM when I got an email saying we were receiving a refund at our request. I did not request a refund! We had to wait and spend almost double for a large taxi!.

Transport scheme or scam?..

The transport service did not know that they are transporting 10 pax. Still they insisted that the van is only allowed to carry 9 but not 10 pax but a booking was shown that 10 pax are actually booked. In short we as passengers are confused. The driver who picked us up at the airport to our hotel even told one of us to take the taxi! Who is responsible for this? Viator or transport service. Customers should not be placed in this scenario especially during these times. Its toxic!.

The driver and the ride to the port was decent. Communication was lacking as we had to contact them to confirm booking and pick-up time. Although this was a transfer, the shuttle did not have a separate luggage space. It seemed more of an excursion shuttle than a transfer shuttle..
