Before listing on the platform, Suppliers agree to abide by Hcmak' quality standards and criteria. Each Experience must meet these requirements before it can be featured on the platform.
Hcmak is not a platform that connects you with third-party suppliers. Instead, we serve as the primary agent for booking and selling the Experiences you see listed on our website.
When you make a booking through Hcmak, you’re engaging directly with us. We generate revenue by selling our own curated Experiences.
Hcmak employs algorithms to rank and recommend Experiences, allowing you to search, filter, and sort listings according to your preferences.

You can submit a review only if you booked the Experience via Hcmak. Reviews undergo moderation before being published and remain available indefinitely unless removed.
Incentivized reviews are prohibited, and suppliers cannot request review removals or offer rewards in exchange.
When you make a booking, you’ll pay the full price including applicable taxes and fees. Additional charges for add-ons or third-party fees must be disclosed upfront.
If you encounter issues, Hcmak offers customer support to assist in resolving disputes. However, we do not guarantee the performance or quality of the Experience or Supplier.
